Squat therapy x20

Cossack squats x20

Banded hip stretch

PVC pass through x20

Metcon (Weight)

EMOM X30

M1- Box Jump x 15

M2- Squat Snatch x6

M3- Rest

(If you don’t squat full depth then you must power x9 reps)

1 Weight for first half

Then increase for second half

*If you have a mobility issue then Squat Clean
