Cossack squat x20

PVC pass through x20

Bar hang x1min

T-spine wall ball stretch 1 min

DB overhead (single arm) walking lunge

Lunge
8 sets:

Walk 1 length left arm, walk back right arm

*If you can increase weight per set

Overhead Squat

Working Sets:

5×10 reps from the rack

Push press/push jerk it from your back

Choose a difficult weight for all 5 sets
