12- Deadlifts

9- Hang power Cleans

6- Shoulder to overhead

Max lateral burpees over the bar in remaining 3 mins.

Choose a weight that won’t take you the entire 3 mins to complete but also won’t only take you 1 min. You should be able to complete 1 round of DT with 1-2 drops MAX
