Warm-up

10mins of mobility/ stretching

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

5 Sets

-400m Run

-Burpees x 10

-Max KBS @ 35/25

*You must start at 25 swings

Rest 2mins between sets

(Score = KBS per round)

Penalty- If you go down in reps = 20 extra burpees during your rest period

Note: KBS must be continuos. No resting in hands or stopping your swing.
