CrossFit

Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. Workouts are typically short and intense, generally lasting 20 minutes or less. They are designed to increase work capacity across broad time and modal domains. They combine movements such as sprinting, rowing, jumping rope, flipping tires, weightlifting, carrying heavy objects, and many bodyweight exercises. We use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, medicine balls, and boxes. These elements are mixed in numerous combinations to form the prescribed “Workout of the Day” or “WOD”. The classes are an hour long and typically include a warm-up, skill development session, the WOD, and some mobility. Performance on each WOD is scored to track your progress and provide friendly competition.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. Our CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Soldiers, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

 

Are you tired of your same old gym routine? CrossFit Invigorate isn’t a regular gym. It’s not a place where you reluctantly go after work, plug in your head phones and avoid unwanted interactions while doing the same old routine.

CrossFit Invigorate is the place you can’t wait to go after work to unwind and release, where everyone knows your name and you feel a sense of belonging. You’re instantly part of our CrossFit family.

We offer classes at 5:00am, 6:00 am, 9:30 am, 3:00 pm, and 5:00 pm on weekdays. We also offer an “Open gym” Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm. Weekends Saturday & Sundays from 7:00am -9:30 am, which can be used to make-up a missed class, or spend that time practicing skills used in our CrossFit classes. Open gym can also be used for those not interested in class and just want to use the facility. A coach will always be available to assist you. We also offer private one on one training.

 

At CrossFit Invigorate, we strive to provide the best coaching, programming , and community . Anything less is not an option for us.
