Focus on speed off floor

Strength circuit

3 rounds w/ 90 sec rest between exercises and 2-3 min rest between rounds

Stiff Leg Deadlifts at 40% of DL

Bent over row x10

Under hand chin up x10

Arched back good morning x10

Front Squat (3×5 )

1×5 at 95lbs

1×5 at 110lbs

1×5 at 120lbs
