Warm-up (No Measure)

lunge 2 lengths of gym

20 air squats

hip stretch with band

hamstring stretch with band

20 DL/HC/Press with PVC Pipe

Deadlift-Hang Clean- Press Complex (1 Each )

1 Deadlift

1 Hang Clean

1 Press

Work up in weight for 3 challenging sets

then drop weight for workout

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

First 3 rounds are warm up rounds

After that you at +1 to one lift after each min. . for example 3-2-1. next min you add +1 deadlift. next min you add+1 HC. next min you add +1 press. by then you’ll be at 4-3-2…then go back to deadlift +1 and repeat cycle until failure.
