Strength & Muscle Gain

Weightlifting is a sport unto itself but is also part of strength, conditioning and athletic development programs here at CrossFit Invigorate . The purpose of our USA weightlifting program is to help athletes learn and perfect the Clean and Jerk & the Snatch. Here at CrossFit Invigorate we have multiple accredited coaches on staff.

For those 55 and over, special care and attention needs to be taken to craft programs that address specific needs that may emerge such as:

  • Avoiding knee, ankle and hip problems with lower impact routines.
  • Dealing with joint pain or limited range of motion
  • Increasing muscular strength as bone density potentially diminishes
